These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Celestial Studio website, booking experience, communications, and salon services (“Services”). By booking an appointment, purchasing a service or product, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility and account information

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book Services online, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
  • You agree to provide accurate contact and appointment details so we can deliver Services and communicate with you.
  • You are responsible for keeping your booking and profile information up to date.

2. Appointments and booking terms

  • Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from Celestial Studio.
  • Service duration and pricing estimates are provided in good faith, but final timing and pricing may vary based on your hair type, requested changes, product usage, or add-on services.
  • We may decline, reschedule, or cancel bookings when reasonably necessary, including for safety, staffing, policy violations, or force majeure events.

3. Deposits, payments, and fees

  • Certain Services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
  • Unless otherwise stated at booking, deposits are applied to your final service total.
  • You authorize Celestial Studio to charge the payment method on file for booked Services, applicable fees, and no-show or late cancellation charges under these Terms.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Updated pricing applies to future bookings.

4. Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policy

  • We ask that you cancel or reschedule with as much notice as possible.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows may result in loss of deposit, a cancellation fee, or future booking restrictions.
  • If you are late, we may shorten your service to avoid delaying other clients, while still charging for the reserved time.
  • Repeated no-shows or policy abuse may result in refusal of future appointments.

5. Service results and client responsibilities

  • You agree to disclose relevant hair history, allergies, sensitivities, medications, and prior chemical treatments.
  • Results can vary based on hair condition, maintenance routine, previous treatments, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
  • Celestial Studio does not guarantee identical outcomes to reference photos or prior visits.
  • You are responsible for following all post-service care guidance we provide.

6. Retail products, memberships, and promotions

  • Product sales, promotions, packages, and memberships may be subject to separate terms shown at purchase.
  • Unless required by law, gift cards, deposits, memberships, service packages, and promotional purchases are non-refundable.
  • Promotional offers may be changed or discontinued at any time and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

7. Communications and SMS consent

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and other Service-related communications from Celestial Studio.

  • Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out of SMS marketing messages by replying STOP.

  • You understand that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Acceptable conduct

We are committed to a respectful, safe environment for clients and team members.

  • Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, threats, or unsafe behavior are not permitted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or end Services if conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or violates these Terms.

9. Intellectual property and website use

All content on our website and in our materials, including text, photos, logos, branding, graphics, and design, is owned by Celestial Studio or its licensors and protected by law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Our Services and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of our website or that Services will meet every individual expectation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celestial Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

Where legally allowed, our total liability for any claim related to Services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Dispute resolution and governing law

If a dispute arises, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally and in good faith.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Maricopa County, Arizona.
